• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.

• New clients may be asked to complete a consultation form before their first visit.

• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

• No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

• Please inform your esthetician of any allergies, medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions before treatment.

• Results vary based on individual skin type and home care; specific results cannot be guaranteed.

• Services are non-refundable.

• Unopened retail products may be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days.

• THAITARA Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for safety and comfort.
